Roofing Service Technician - Traveling Position; Continental

Roofing Service Technician – Traveling (Continental US) – Hustad Companies, Inc.

We are searching for an experienced Roofing Service Technician/Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conducting complete roof inspections, including steep slope roofs.

• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies.
• Set up and climb ladders (up to 40 ft) safely; familiarity with operating man lifts is appreciated.
• Travel throughout the United States approximately 85% of the time; preferably residing within 30 miles of a major airport.
• Utilize roofing software applications (experience with CenterPoint, FCS, etc. is a plus).
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members through email, texts, phone calls, and apps.

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in Roofing; exterior repairs such as siding, gutters, windows, and doors are preferred.
• Strong background in roof maintenance, general repair, and construction.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient with smartphones and operational software; generally tech‑savvy with email and the internet.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; fluency in English required.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and write proficiently required.
