Field Service Technician

US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) Required.

Minimum 3+ years of experience servicing, maintaining, installing, commissioning, or troubleshooting boilers, chillers, or related mechanical HVAC equipment.

Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial boiler and chiller systems.

Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation, system controls, pumps, piping, and associated components.

Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and perform repairs.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, equipment schematics, and service manuals.

Experience with equipment startup, performance testing, preventive maintenance, and commissioning.

Willingness to travel to customer facilities and project sites as required.

Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in field environments.

Commitment to jobsite safety and applicable OSHA requirements.

Install, start up, commission, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial boilers and chillers.

Troubleshoot mechanical, operational, and control-related issues affecting heating and cooling equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, operational testing, and performance verification.

Diagnose problems involving pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers, and related mechanical components.

Evaluate equipment performance, identify failures, and recommend corrective actions.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, equipment schematics, and manufacturer documentation.

Assist with equipment installation, system startup, commissioning, and return-to-service activities.

Document service work, diagnostic findings, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Coordinate with customers, engineers, project personnel, and equipment manufacturers to resolve field issues.

Follow established safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements while performing field service activities.
