Sparkle Squad of Austin is a locally owned franchise serving Austin, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and Spicewood. We are hiring seasonal Holiday Light Installers to help install and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
• Install and remove holiday lighting on ladders, rooflines, and other exterior areas
• Follow lighting layouts and complete work safely and professionally
• Load and unload materials and keep job sites organized
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications:
• Holiday lighting, roofing, construction, or landscaping experience preferred
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather and lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well on a team
This is a seasonal, commission-based opportunity with average earnings of $200–$500 per day. Paid training is provided. Performance bonuses may be available, with possible ongoing work after the holiday season for the right person.
