** What You'll Be Doing
** Our HDD Operators and Locators play an important role in the safe and efficient installation of underground natural gas pipelines.  
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Safely and effectively operate horizontal directional drilling equipment and other heavy equipment used in underground utility construction, as assigned.
* Perform locating duties to support accurate and safe drilling operations, as assigned.
* Assist with the installation of underground natural gas pipelines.
* Follow established safety procedures, utility construction standards, and project specifications.
* Read and interpret applicable standards, schematics, and construction plans.
* Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily crew operations.  ###
** What We're Looking For
**** Primary Requirements:
*** Willingness to work overtime based on project demands.
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to read and interpret construction standards and schematics.
* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
*
* Preferred Experience:

*** Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) experience.
* Backhoe and/or mini excavator operation.
* Construction experience in natural gas, electric, or other utility distribution systems.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavation equipment in the utility industry.
* Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and appropriate qualifications to operate manual-transmission commercial vehicles  ###
** Physical Demands & Work Environment
** These positions involve physically demanding work in active outdoor construction environments.

Employees must be able to:
* Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
