Crisis Counselor
SAFE Alliance seeks a full-time, overnight Resident Advisor at Grove Campus in East Austin. The RA supports shelter residents, coordinates front desk activities, and collaborates with staff to ensure safety and empowerment for survivors.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, trauma-informed care understanding, and adherence to shelter guidelines. Shift is Mon-Fri, 12am–8am, non-exempt, no remote work.
