College Living Experience

Are you looking for a job where your work truly matters, every day is different, and you get to be part of a fun and supportive community?

College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive college support program for neurodiverse young adults, including students with autism, ADHD, and learning differences.

Our students attend local colleges while receiving individualized support across four core domains:
Academics, Career Development, Social Skills, and Independent Living Skills. Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we help students develop the confidence, skills, and independence needed to succeed in college, employment, relationships, and adult life.

We are seeking a Integrated Support Coach who is passionate about helping young adults achieve their goals across all aspects of life. In this role, you will provide individualized support tailored to each student's unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. You will work collaboratively with students, families, and team members to help students build independence, self-confidence, and the skills necessary to thrive in their communities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience across multiple areas of student support, including academics, career development, social skills, and independent living. Coaching responsibilities are flexible and evolve based on student needs and program priorities, providing opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

  • Connect students with career-related resources and opportunities within the community.
Social Skills Development
  • Coach students in developing healthy relationships, communication skills, and social confidence.
  • Support participation in campus and community activities.
  • Facilitate opportunities for social engagement and community involvement.

Documentation & Team Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate student documentation and progress notes in Best Notes.
