School Psychologist

$47- $55/hr.| Full-Time | Corpus Christi, TX | School-Based | LSSP License Required

Provide comprehensive psychological services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct psycho educational evaluations, support the ARD/IEP process, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student mental health, academic success, and positive behavior. This role is embedded within a school district team and serves as a key resource for students with diverse learning and emotional needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
• Interpret assessment results and develop written psychological reports in compliance with IDEA and TEA guidelines
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational programming and supports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Provide consultation on behavioral interventions, social-emotional learning, and crisis response
• Support the development and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and FBAs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation including evaluation reports, eligibility decisions, and progress data

• Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, or eligibility to obtain
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• One or more years of school-based psychological services experience
• Familiarity with Texas ARD procedures, IDEA, and TEA compliance requirements
• Knowledge of evidence-based assessment tools and special education eligibility categories
• Experience with FBA/BIP development and positive behavioral supports
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
