Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a Technical Full Stack Lead for Mobile to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both iOS and Android mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure that the team follows best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and soft skills.
• Ensure that applications are secure, reliable, and scalable, and meet performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with third-party systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, and make recommendations on their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Expertise in iOS and Android app development (Native).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite (no hybrid).
