• Proven experience in Test Automation, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated tests & test frameworks
• Eager to utilize AI/Cursor to accelerate test script development and improve the automation process
• Hunger to mentor junior engineers and lead testing initiatives.
• Organize test cases, track coverage, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Define and document test strategies aligned with project goals and risk assessment.
• Maintain and evolve test documentation to ensure traceability, clarity, and repeatability.
• Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex features or areas not yet automated.
• Log and track defects to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the release cycle.
• Validate bug fixes and production hotfixes with quick turnaround and accuracy.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements and best practices in testing.
• Maintain high-quality standards and flag potential risks before deployment.
• Evaluate and introduce tools that support efficient test development and execution.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in C#, with at least 5 years of hands-on development or testing experience.
• Proven experience writing headless automation tests for mobile applications using C#

• Familiarity with .NET MAUI or Xamarin for mobile application development.
• Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing.
• Understanding of Bluetooth communication and device integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) to support automated testing processes.
