We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to help us build and scale high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android. You’ll play a key role in developing new features, improving performance, and ensuring smooth releases, all while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams. If you thrive in solving complex challenges and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

• Build and enhance features in React Native apps across iOS and Android
• Improve performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve crashes, bugs, and technical issues
• Integrate APIs and support intuitive UI/UX experiences
• Manage app releases, from hotfixes to production rollouts
• Work with native modules when needed (Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin)

• 5+ years’ experience with React Native and mobile app development
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Sentry, Crashlytics, and Amplitude
• Comfort with performance tuning and debugging
• A proactive, resourceful engineer who can work independently and collaboratively
