Role: Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer

Location: Austin, Texas (hybrid)

Salary: up to $180K + Benefits + Equity

What They Do: They are building the real-time integration platform that connects the world’s largest ERP, HRIS, payroll, and expense systems and layering applied AI orchestration on top; already moving billions in payroll and expense data every month for some of the biggest companies on the planet.

The Role: Looking for a senior SWE engineer who has shipped real production integrations with enterprise systems. You’ll work directly with the CTO and founding team to:

• Own end-to-end, real-time connectors to the biggest finance, HR, and ops platforms
• Build rock-solid pipelines that process billions in financial data with zero downtime
• Help design the applied‑AI orchestration layer that’s becoming the core product
• Occasionally jump on calls with Heads of Finance/Ops at Fortune 1000 customers

• Deep, current Ruby on Rails experience
• Proven track record building integrations (REST, SOAP, CSV, SFTP, flat files, webhooks, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with at least a couple of major enterprise systems (Net Suite, SAP, Workday, UKG, Sage, payroll, expense, accounting, payment gateways : any count)
• Comfort owning features end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving startup
• Strong communication; you’re fine talking directly to customers

• B2B / enterprise SaaS or iPaaS background
• Any Agentic AI / LLM orchestration / applied AI work
• Python or Go experience (Polyglot experience)
• Payroll, finance, or accounting domain knowledge
