Enabling Embedded Innovation @ Xpert Direct | Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with strong experience in firmware development, real‑time operating systems, and electronics integration. You’ll work with cross‑functional hardware and software teams to develop next‑generation embedded systems for industrial or IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement and validate embedded firmware for microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex‑M series)
Collaborate with hardware engineers on schematic, PCB, and device bring‑up
Optimize software for power, safety, performance & reliability
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

5+ years embedded software/firmware development
Proficiency in C/C++ and real‑time OS (FreeRTOS, RTOS variants)
Experience with hardware debug tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
Experience with reliability testing and certification (preferred)
