We’re looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer with strong skills in React, Next.js, and Tailwind

CSS to help us craft elegant, scalable, & highly performant UIs for our web applications.

As a Frontend Developer, you’ll join a lean, fast-paced engineering team shipping high-impact features to our users. You’ll collaborate with product & backend teams, influence UX, & help us raise the bar on design systems & accessibility.

United States. Blossend is fully remote with optional hybrid in Austin, TX.

• Develop responsive, accessible UIs using React, Next.js, & Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with design, product, & backend teams to build features end-to-end.
• Write clean, reusable components & implement best practices in UI/UX.
• Optimize frontend performance, SEO, & page load speed.
• Stay updated on trends in web development, design systems, & accessibility standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in modern frontend development.
• Experience building applications with Tailwind, React hooks, SSR/SSG with Next.js.
• Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) & responsive UI design patterns.
• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3) & headless CMS integrations is a plus.

• 3+ years experience in frontend development.
• Proficient in React & ecosystem (Next.js, JSX, state management).
• Experience integrating with REST APIs & working closely with backend teams.
• Familiarity with responsive design & mobile-first development.
