About the role

As a Front-End Developer at Concord, you’ll report to an Engineering Manager and join a multidisciplinary squad as part of our Front-End Chapter. You’ll solve challenges in collaborative editing, large-scale performance, microservices integration, and intuitive interface design—delivering features that redefine how businesses use agreements.

Cloud services and IaC : AWS, Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK

• Developing new features to enhance the user experience for our customers;
• Building an architecture and reusable libraries for the future;
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of designs created by the Product team;
• Optimizing our platform to ensure the best ergonomics of our application;
• Meeting performance, security, scalability, and/or high availability requirements;
• Contributing to improving code quality by writing unit tests, automating processes, and conducting code reviews;
• Actively participating in team brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement;
• Actively participating in adhering to all company security practices and policies.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Front End Developer.
• Adherence to organized coding practices, testing, and code review best practices.
• Proactive and analytical mindset, eager to work on innovative products.
• Curiosity and proactivity in staying updated with industry techniques and practices, potentially contributing to the ecosystem (open-source, blogging, etc.).
• Desire to be part of a community of enthusiasts, sharing and exchanging ideas, all geared towards skill advancement.
