Location:

Austin OR Orlando (Hybrid). In this leadership position you will join the AI Technologies Engineering team, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, AI Technologies. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative applications and services powered by Generative AI (GenAI), driving technical excellence and delivering impactful business solutions. You will architect, develop, and optimize full‑stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front‑end, back‑end, and cloud‑based AI services.

Your work will enhance efficiency, improve user experience, reduce friction, and enable new capabilities made possible through GenAI innovations. The role also requires mentoring engineers, establishing best practices, driving engineering excellence, and collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and AI specialists.

• Design and build secure, efficient, and scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Engineer Generative AI‑powered solutions and applications.
• Drive code quality, security, performance optimization, and Dev Ops.
• Lead and mentor an international team of engineers.
• Apply modern software architecture and engineering best practices.

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of job experience in a hands‑on coding role.
• Experience using Generative AI software engineering solutions, such as Git Hub Copilot.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (specifically Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and C#).
• Experience engineering secure, scalable, efficient, and well‑architected software.
• Experience engineering RESTful web services and modern web applications.
• Experience configuring and deploying cloud services, such as AWS ECS/Fargate, AWS Serverless, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.
• Experience managing version control solutions, static code analysis, and performing code reviews.
• Experience with load testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of web services.
• Excellent collaboration and problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and other advanced AI techniques.
• Experience with cloud‑based AI services and infrastructure.
• Experience working in large data‑driven services.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions, such as Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, and Hugging Face.
