We’re searching for a skilled Ruby Developer to craft the server-side magic behind our web applications. You’ll collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable back-end features using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs to power our applications.
• Work closely with designers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within the back-end systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and related technologies.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Ruby Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and writing efficient database queries (SQL).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
