Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct‑to‑chip, 2‑Phase cooling technologies that empower Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals while serving the high‑growth market for data services. Join our Systems Engineering team to build embedded software in our OpenBMC‑based stack and help create high quality enterprise hardware and software.

• Write embedded software & firmware that controls and is used around our enterprise cooling solutions.
• Develop low‑level control loops, APIs, or high‑level management software, providing various views and controls into our products.
• Collaborate with cross‑discipline teams on solution architecture and fine‑tune deliveries.
• Clearly articulate external interdependencies, project risks, and mitigation or recovery plans.

• 5‑10 years of experience developing complex or mission‑critical software in C/C++.
• Experience in embedded Linux system internals and methods.
• Understanding of low‑level busses (i2c, spi, etc.) and communication with external devices.
• End‑user focused mentality on UI, CLI, and API creation.
• Familiarity with Bitbake or Yocto preferred (OpenBMC based).
• Understanding of common digital and analogue electronic principles and methods.
• Comfortable reading schematics and using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Strong skills in identifying, isolating, and debugging issues in software and hardware.
• Desire to continue learning about other engineering areas and technologies used in our products.
• Candidates must enjoy being part of a talented team while learning and sharing knowledge.
• B.S. in engineering, computer science or related fields preferred.
• Experience with management and control APIs such as Redfish / IPMI / Modbus preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
