As a Senior Front-End Developer, you’ll play a critical role in crafting responsive, high-performance web applications. Working closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product stakeholders, you'll bring user experiences to life through elegant and maintainable code. You’ll take ownership of front-end architecture, ensure performance and accessibility standards are met, and lead best practices in a modern development environment.

Your typical day will involve writing high-quality React and Tailwind-based code, translating complex UI/UX designs into functional front-end applications, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility across platforms. You'll collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs, conduct thorough code reviews, and continuously optimize for performance and scalability. Keeping pace with the latest frameworks and development tools is part of the role, as is maintaining strong documentation and contributing to a clean and reliable codebase.

What You’ll Need

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script , React, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with build tools such as Vite, ESBuild, Rollup, or Webpack
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative teams
• Experience integrating with Graph
  
  QL APIs and other back-end services
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Prior mentorship or architectural contribution experience is a plus
