This role can be based out of OCI hubs in Austin, TX;
Nashville, TN;
Seattle, WA;
Reston, VA; or Santa Clara, CA.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to build the next generation OCI Service Platform.
• Define and improve standard practices and procedures for new projects.
• Design, specify, and develop software for new projects, and perform tasks related to the design, development, and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
• Join an incubation team that initiates, prototypes, and hands off high-impact projects with broad business impact in OCI, including low-level runtimes, application management, and high-level workflows for change management.
• Challenge existing engineering assumptions, contribute expertise in highly performant, reliable software engineering, and help scale OCI services.
• Work in an agile, collaborative environment focused on simplicity and scale.

• Career Level – IC4 (Mid-Senior level).
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with software development, preferably in Java.
• Experience building and operating software as a service.
• Preferably experience with OCI.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and scalable, reliable workflows is a plus.

• US:
  Hiring range in USD from $96,800 to $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
