As a Full‑Stack Engineer at Endeavor, you’ll shape the evolution of our core platform—powering treatment plan optimization, real‑time financing approvals, and intelligent workflows used by practices every day. You’ll build foundational systems that blend AI‑driven decisioning with intuitive, high‑reliability user experiences. You won’t be maintaining legacy code; you’ll be architecting the future of a healthcare‑fintech platform from the ground up—owning systems that directly impact patient access to care and how practices operate.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build and own production features across our stack (Next.js, React, Rails, Postgre
SQL, AWS). - Architect data models, API endpoints, and internal tools that power financing workflows.
- Work closely with design and implementation teams to translate complex clinical + financial workflows into simple, high‑leverage product experiences.
- Implement best‑in‑class security, reliability, and compliance patterns for healthcare and financial data.
- Partner with ML/AI engineers to integrate predictive models into treatment and financing flows.
- Raise the bar for engineering quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentorship.
- Help lay the foundation for Endeavor’s long‑term technical architecture as we scale into multiple products and customer types.
- Experience:
5–10+ years building production‑grade full‑stack applications. - Technical Mastery:
Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend systems (Rails or Node preferred). Strong SQL fundamentals. - Product Sense:
Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into clean user experiences and well‑structured systems. - Startup Builder Mindset:
Comfortable owning 0→1 features, working with evolving requirements, and shipping quickly without sacrificing stability. - Security & Reliability:
Understanding of secure data handling, role‑based access, audit logging, and healthcare/fintech compliance considerations. - Collaboration:
Experience partnering with product, design, implementation, and operations teams. - Mission‑Driven:
