F4 is seeking a Presentation Layer Developer to join a team of agile developers responsible for architecting and building robust applications which serve over 10 million global users. We are building a distributed multi-tier solution composed of numerous enterprise and consumer facing applications that interface with client applications on PC, Mac, Android, iOS and Windows 8 devices. As a Presentation Layer Developer, you will provide solutions by evaluating technologies, designing architectures, collaborating with team members, interfacing with product managers, and implementing user interfaces and experiences for iOS, Android, Windows 8 and web applications. Creative problem solvers that help create consistent and intuitive user experiences based on industry best practices will excel in this role. This position requires experience applying HTML5, CSS, LESS and JavaScript to build applications.

You will participate in the full lifecycle of software development from requirements through design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technologies and present proposed architecture to team
• Design and architect UX and UI components based on functional specifications and requirements
• Develop components and solutions that integrate with web applications
• Provide technical leadership and expertise for product deliverables
• Create UI from provided wireframes, design comps and UI artifacts
• Collaborate with team members about their designs and solutions
• Utilize TDD to create code and unit tests which check acceptance criteria and provide broad code coverage
• Perform code reviews as well as subjecting your code to reviews
• Implement UI with technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone.js, Marionette, Require
  
  JS, HTML5, LESS and Phone Gap to create real-time applications leveraging model-driven development

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional development with HTML, CSS, Java Script
• Experience with REST, Phone Gap, HTML5, Sencha, jQuery, Backbone.js, Marionette, Require
  
  JS preferred
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Experience developing single page applications as lead developer preferred
• Experience developing applications with Agile and iterative methodologies preferred
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable experience
