As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking junior/intermediate, highly driven Full Stack Developers and Software Engineers to join our dynamic team
Position Overview: We are looking for Junior to Intermediate Full Stack Developers with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL Server, and ideally Blazor. The ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience developing scalable, enterprise‑grade software systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising our suite of insurance software applications. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy building high‑performance systems in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of robust software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, and Dev Ops.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and modern frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends relevant to the fintech and insurance sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
- 1-4 years of professional experience in software development, especially with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
- Solid experience with full‑stack development, including front‑end, backend, and database integration.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes, compliance, or software systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops tools and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Blazor and building Web APIs.
- $85 000 to $110 000 package with performance‑based options.
