Your Responsibilities- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents and automation tools that enhance core product capabilities.
- Create reliable backend processes for data retrieval, validation, enrichment, and decision logic.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to define how AI should behave across different use cases.
- Build robust evaluation pipelines to monitor agent accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Implement best practices for testing, observability, error handling, and runtime monitoring.
- Participate in feature planning, code reviews, and periodic on-call rotations to ensure system stability.
- Continuously research emerging AI techniques and apply them to improve existing systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or full‑stack development involving machine learning components.
- Strong Python development skills and understanding of modern AI/LLM frameworks.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with data warehouses or large datasets.
- Knowledge of containers, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows (Docker experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building practical, real‑world AI systems.
- Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering or LLM fine‑tuning.
- Exposure to vector databases, embedding retrieval, or RAG‑style architectures.
- Background in data pipelines, ETL processing, or distributed systems.
- Prior work in advertising, marketing analytics, or a related data‑focused industry.
