MPG’s expertise lies in the design and manufacture of communications‑based specialty products for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

As a Full Stack Web Developer at Espy, you will be part of a small but growing team responsible for creating state‑of‑the‑art systems that provide critical signals intelligence to government customers. You will work with other engineers to enhance, test, and maintain a Node.js/React stack that interfaces with our core products recording high‑bandwidth signal data for long‑term digital storage. You will design web applications that help our customers visualize and understand complex signal environments while keeping pace with advances in radio sensor equipment, computing hardware, operating systems, DSP techniques, machine learning and other software technologies in a fast‑moving environment.

• Design, implement, and test JavaScript/Type Script software in a Node.js/React framework
• Coordinate with engineering, field support, and customer teams to design and prioritize new features and bug fixes
• Hands‑on testing and deployment support for worldwide customers
• Stay current with industry advances and professional education; embrace emerging technologies
• Work independently with sound professional judgement to overcome obstacles and complete tasks on time through collaboration, delegation, and leadership skills

• Thorough understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, Type Script, React, Node.js, and Mongo
• Passion for creating intuitive, elegant, and attractive user interfaces
• Familiar with software development using Linux and Docker
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to design effective user interfaces
• 5‑8 years progressive experience as a software engineer with significant full‑stack/web interface development
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
• Experience with WebGL, Git, JIRA, C++, RabbitMQ
• Preferred: experience with functional styles, machine learning/computer vision, willingness to travel 2‑3 times per year
• Strong communication, planning, organization, teamwork, and decision‑making/problem‑solving skills
