About the Role — Software Engineer / Member of Technical Staff

As a Full-stack Engineer at The Company, you will be responsible for building end-to-end product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and data systems. This role is ideal for candidates seeking ownership, speed, and direct impact on a rapidly scaling crypto platform.

You will work with:

• Type Script
• Rust APIs
• Web Sockets
• Next.js + Zustand
• Tailwind CSS
• Postgres, Vector DB (VDB), Redis
• Hosted on Digital Ocean, with potential migration to bare metal

Responsibilities

• Own and ship full-stack features from idea to implementation to production
• Build performant Type Script and Rust components and APIs
• Work with real-time data systems using Web Sockets
• Build and maintain Next.js frontends with Zustand state management
• Design and optimize storage layers using Postgres, Redis, and vector databases
• Contribute to high-performance infrastructure for trading workloads
• Move fast, solve problems at speed, and maintain high product quality

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills
• Ability to build features end-to‑end
• Proficiency in Type Script
• Solid coding fundamentals
• Strong problem‑solving skills and product intuition
• Ability to implement performant logic quickly
• Open to candidates at any experience level, including new graduates
