Job description:

AEM Engineer with Java programming.

• Touch UI
• Classic UI
• Component, Content and experience fragment, editable templates, Client libs - Good

• OSGI, JCR, Sling, WCM APIs, Sling Model
• Workflow, workflow launcher, Event handler, Event listener, Scheduler, Sling Job
• API integration
• Authentication
• Multi‑Site Manager setup
• Query builder, Searching, Indexing, Session handling

• Capturing all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work.
• Taking feedback on a regular basis to ensure smooth and on‑time delivery.
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software‑hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Documenting necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation.
• Ensuring good quality of interaction with customers regarding e‑mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc.
• Timely response to customer requests with no instances of complaints internally or externally.

• Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: 100% error‑free onboarding & implementation, throughput %, adherence to schedule/release plan.
• Quality & CSAT:
  On‑time delivery, manage software, troubleshoot queries, customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation.
• MIS & Reporting: 100% on‑time MIS & report generation.

5–8 years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, depending on location, skills and experience.
