• Deliver end‑to‑end feature development across the full stack, including frontend, backend, data, and AI components
• Architect and maintain scalable, data‑heavy applications tailored to complex user workflows
• Integrate and optimize AI/ML features using retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and LLMs
• Own technical decisions for major projects and ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation standards
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and business stakeholders in an agile environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the deployment pipeline, observability stack, and Dev Ops tooling

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Type Script and React/Next.js (frontend)
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development
• Working knowledge of Postgres and vector databases
• Experience deploying AI/ML models, especially in text‑heavy use cases
• Familiarity with AWS services, CI/CD processes, and monitoring tools
• Proven track record of shipping features independently, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results quickly

• Exposure to Ruby on Rails
• Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning, embeddings, and AI integration into production systems
• Interest in civic technology, policy, or mission‑driven applications of AI
