Position: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Type: Contract (1 year)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while actively contributing to product design, architecture, documentation, and Agile development processes. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excels in collaborative environments, and is comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications- 8-10 years of experience with:
- Java
- Angular and/or AngularJS
- Spring Framework
- Cloud development
- Web Services (REST, SOAP) supporting high-volume, highly available environments
- 3-5 years of experience designing and developing solutions for complex, enterprise-level projects.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and their benefits.
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, including extensive Agile experience.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Willingness to learn test data management processes and related tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and offshore development resources.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of:
- Cloud
- SQL Server
- Mongo
DB (Preferred) - Rabbit
MQ (Preferred) - Experience driving process improvements, promoting enhanced feature adoption, and delivering scalable and automated solutions.
- Develop architectural diagrams and technical documentation, software code, and automated test scripts.
- Write clear, comprehensive, and easy-to-follow technical documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Participate actively in product design discussions, development sessions, and all Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts to identify, define, and document business and technical requirements.
- Engage in high levels of collaboration with team members and partners to discuss technical options and enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, releases, and technical milestones.
- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Quickly learn new technologies and solve complex problems while working with stakeholders at all levels.
