• Lead and guide technical teams in the delivery of highly scalable, reliable, and secure applications, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and strategic technology goals.
• Architect, develop, and implement cutting-edge authentication solutions for high-volume transaction systems, ensuring optimal performance during critical market periods.
• Collaborate closely with Solution and Platform Architects to guarantee that all implementations meet stringent architectural and design standards.
• Act as a strong advocate for platform principles, guidelines, and standards, actively contributing to their evolution and adoption.
• Champion software agility and quality standards, embedding a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of agile practices to enhance delivery speed and responsiveness.
• Coach, mentor, and support creative and passionate teammates across various development teams.
• Define, maintain, and ensure adherence to best practices in development, coding, testing, and automation standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in software design for applications capable of handling thousands of transactions per second, achieving 99.999% availability, and integrating with multiple internal and external systems.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems effectively in high‑stress, time‑critical situations, such as production incidents.
• Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
• Expert proficiency in Java and JavaScript, including experience with related frameworks.
• Extensive experience with web applications, with a preference for consumer‑facing applications.
• Proficiency with Spring Cloud or similar gateway technologies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with testing automation frameworks such as JUnit, Karma, Ruby, Cucumber, Java BDD, and Accessibility Testing.
