In this role you will have the unique opportunity to own and improve tooling for best of the class large-scale platform solutions to help build modern software systems!

As a virtue of being part of this team you would be exposed to a variety of challenges supporting and building highly available systems, working closely with U.S. and India based teams and have the opportunity to expand the capabilities the team has to offer to the wider organization.

• Primarily responsible for building and managing tools that enable software releases in a fast paced enterprise environment
• Designing and implementing new solutions to streamline manual operations, expanding the capacity and performance of current operational systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML and Dev Ops technologies, applying them to improve speed to delivery, mean time to detect/resolve, security and scalability
• Operate with on-prem, private, and public cloud platforms
• Partnering closely with global software development teams and infrastructure teams

• 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, systems engineering, build/release/deployment automation, etc.
• Ability to program in a high-level programming languages or scripting, such Java, Python, Shell, or Golang, etc.
• Experience with software tooling to deliver infrastructure and building CI/CD pipeline with tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or Spinnaker toolset
• Experience implementing applications in private/public cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and container technologies, like Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with integrating GenAI or MCP driven tools into Dev Ops workflows (intelligent code assistance, anomaly detection, automated tests/builds) or components that tackle internal use-cases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or work related experience

• Self-driven and motivated with proven ability to learn new technologies and share Dev Ops best practices
• Working experience with LLMs that tackle real-time problems when debugging or auto-remediating production incidents without manual interventions is a plus
• Experience with AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, Cloud Watch, S3, RDS, Route
  53. Experience in similar services for GCP is preferred
• Experience with logging infrastructure and using tools like Open Telemetry, Splunk, Logstash, or Kibana and networking load balancers such as Ngnix, HAProxy
