Ole Ole is developing a completely free social network and messaging platform for football (soccer) – a sports‑first super app. The primary revenue model is gambling focused on in‑match play, using a blockchain strategy inspired by  An e‑commerce component similar to WeChat will also drive significant revenue. We plan to operate our own crypto marketplace, NFT marketplace, and mini‑program marketplace. The goal is to disrupt the global sports ecosystem by empowering fans, clubs, and brands to connect, transact, and create – all without middlemen.

Ole Ole builds a decentralized social network and messaging platform for global football fans – think Twitter + Whats App + Tik Tok + the Score + WeChat. It is built natively using Rust
, Web Assembly, and blockchain‑compatible architecture. The platform supports ticketing, media, betting, content, e‑commerce, and crypto betting across football, basketball, and beyond.

We’re looking for an experienced Rust developer to join our core engineering team building high‑performance backend services. You’ll work on scalable APIs, data pipelines, and video‑processing infrastructure to deliver a cutting‑edge platform for millions of users.

• Backend services in Rust (non‑blockchain; token experience a plus)
• Designing and implementing REST and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs
• Building and maintaining Postgre
  
  SQL data stores
• Deploying and scaling systems on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Participating in the full Software Development Lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end), and release
• Optional projects: ETL/ELT data pipelines, large‑scale video processing/storage/serving on AWS

• Strong production Rust skills (not just hobby projects)
• Solid understanding of REST and Graph

• Experience with agile or scrum workflows and multiple types of testing
