Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in embedded systems and firmware solutions, is seeking a Firmware Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Firmware Developer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?- Contribute to firmware development supporting next-generation interconnect technologies such as PCIe, CXL, MCTP, UBM, and USB
4. - Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams including BMC, power management, architecture, design, and verification to deliver integrated firmware solutions.
- Develop low-level firmware for embedded systems operating in an RTOS environment.
- Participate in pre‑silicon validation activities, including co‑simulation with IP and SOC emulation.
- Support post‑silicon enablement and production cycle efforts, ensuring seamless transition from development to manufacturing.
- Proficiency in C, with strong skills in C++ or Python.
- Extensive experience developing firmware based on industry standards such as PLDM, MCTP, and SPDM.
- Knowledge of low-level protocols including I2C, I3C, PCIe, JTAG, SPI, eSPI, and UART.
- Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end firmware development from pre‑silicon to production.
- At least 5+ years of device driver or embedded firmware development experience, Board bring up experience with Zephyr OS.
- In depth knowledge of protocols I3C, PCIe etc., and Linux drivers
- Working knowledge of MCTP, PLDM
- Hands on experience in developing BMC or other Management controller firmware, Embedded, RTOS
- Previous GPU working experience is a plus.
