Job Description
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.

Responsibilities:
Development of new applications and reports. Coding for applications with RESTful web services in the middleware that connects to Oracle databases. Knowledge and experience working on Applications development with JAVA/J2EE, Spring Frameworks, Spring MVC, JSPs, jQuery, Bootstrap, and IBM Web Sphere in Agile environment is required. Supports the applications enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required.

Available for on-call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.

Skill Required/Desired
Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language (Required - 7 years)
Experience in applications development on J2EE platform (Required - 6 years)
Experience in writing SQL for Oracle relational databases (Required - 6 years)
Experience in IBM Web Sphere Application Server and Web Sphere Portal Server (Required - 4 years)
Experience working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security (Required - 4 years)
Experience in Spring Frameworks and Spring MVC (Required - 4 years)

Experience with software development using Agile methodology. (Required - 4 years)
Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency (Preferred - 2 years)
