• Develop and launch a new mobile application from the ground up.
• Integrate practical AI‑driven features to enhance user experience such as personalized recommendations and smarter search functionality.
• Utilize AI‑supported development tools to streamline workflows, testing, and support continuous deployment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers on a small, agile team.
• Ensure the application meets high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with product and design leadership to influence roadmap decisions and align technical solutions with business strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience building and scaling applications across the stack.
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Type Script, Node.js, React, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and best practices in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and event‑driven architecture.
• Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI/ML tooling and frameworks to enhance applications.
• A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and analysis skills.
• An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment.

• Experience leading small teams or managing software projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Background in building consumer‑facing (B2C) applications.
• Interest or experience in the real estate technology industry.

Annual Salary Range: $145,600 - $163,700
