We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Consultant with deep expertise in TIBCO Business Events (BE),
Java
, Spring Boot
, and Microservices development
. This role involves designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, leading architecture discussions, and collaborating directly with banking clients to ensure smooth onboarding and technical delivery.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using TIBCO BE
  , Java
  , and Spring Boot
  .
• Lead architecture discussions and enforce best practices in Microservices development
  .
• Collaborate with banking clients for onboarding and technical implementations.
• Communicate effectively with business users to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution.
• Take full ownership of technical solutions, documentation, and delivery timelines.

• Strong expertise in TIBCO BE
  , Java
  , Spring Boot
  , and Microservices architecture
  .
• Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with banking systems and managing customer interactions
  .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  , with a proactive approach to client collaboration.
• Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot migration and GenAI solution implementation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AWS as a secondary skill.

• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and containerization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Work on cutting-edge banking solutions.
