We are seeking a highly experienced Application Lead / .NET Tech Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions
. This is a leadership role with strong ownership of end-to-end system architecture

• Architecture & Solution Design
• Define and own system architecture across APIs, frontend, and data layers
• Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and design documentation
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI systems
• Establish best practices for modular, reusable, production-ready design
• AI / GenAI Engineering
• Architect solutions using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
• Design multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and tool-based workflows
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases
• Define prompt engineering standards and evaluation frameworks
• Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
• Drive technical planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders
• Engineering & Platform
• Oversee backend development using .NET and .NET Core
• Ensure robust deployment practices with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
• Drive system performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability

• 8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed system design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Generative AI systems
• Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering
• Strong proficiency in .NET backend development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery
• Experience with spec-driven development and enterprise-grade system design
