Job Description:

The Role Fidelity Healthcare Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test to work on Fidelity Health Benefit technology team. The ideal candidate enjoys designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure client quality and release readiness. We seek talented individuals capable of bringing a software engineering approach to our testing practices.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring Minimum BS in Computer Science or Engineering6-9 years’ experience in commercial software development using object-oriented design methodology.
6-9 years’ experience with Java, TestNG, Springboot, JSON and Python combined.
6-9 years’ experience with RDBMS, RESTAPI and related tools such as SQL, Rest Assured, Playwright You have expertise in working with very large data models and are very strong in creating and modifying complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity and perform data reconciliation.

Knowledge/Experience in Health care domain and converting client requirements into automation scripts is added value

Proven technical experience as an automation engineer/software engineer working across a diverse range of applications at multiple layers of the technology stack

You are a strong contributor with a collaborative work style, and you enjoy designing and implementing efficient and effective test strategies

Work in a team of SDET’s focused on automation best practices and building reusable artifacts.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
