This position will be part of the Online Security Modernization Technology (OST) at client, focused on providing authentication and authorization across all client line of business. We will focus on driving client-centricity, reducing time to market & increasing efficiency.

The Senior Full stack (.net/ Angular/react) Developer, with skills equivalent to 6-10 years in a comparable position, will serve as a hands-on lead developer in a dynamic, fast-paced, and Agile environment. This role is a part of the Online Security Technologies team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting a mission-critical Authentication platform. The responsibilities are divided into 50% design and 50% development, requiring the successful candidate to contribute both as a coder and system designer.

This position collaborates with a team of experienced engineers focused on the Agile development life cycle and ensuring on-time, high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of organizational software products through QA, UAT, and Production phases.
Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders across Project Management, Business, QA, and Technology Operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Partner with the Scrum Master and product owner to provide accurate development sizing and cost analysis estimates.
Work alongside the product owner and team members on story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization.
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks, including test-driven development, to uphold software quality standards.
Support Identity and credential managements system for Authentication between internal and external client systems.
Help resolve needs and remove roadblocks identified by team members in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
Coordinate individual team deliverables to facilitate successful product releases.
Identify technology risks promptly and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular reviews and code quality improvement sessions with both onshore and offshore developers, emphasizing requirements specification and design methodologies.
Prototype, validate, and develop tailored application solutions to address business requirements.

Must Have:

AIM – understanding, identity and authentication Agentic AI in development  Angular front end . Net back end , react is OK Any front is a must / preferred Any version of angular or react is OK Doing angular right now (preferred) Building a tool fraud based detection- web UI tool that can be integrated in CRM tools Also on authentication side , voice authentication Authentication tools: will help, they have own custom at client

Only integrating with workflows w/ ping More API authentication and building web front end and BFF
Demonstrated expertise in developing server-side applications (API Subject Matter Expert) utilizing C# and .NET technologies.
Experience in developing UI utilizing Angular or react
Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions for applications requiring high availability, throughput, and scalability.
Strong knowledge of contemporary system architecture as well as development standards and guidelines.
Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Background in AI development and Specification-Driven Development.
Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
