The team drives production workflow maturity by identifying tooling strategies that solve complex operational business problems and partnering with key engineering teams to execute against those strategies are looking for an experienced full-stack software developer to join GO Systems.
In this role, you will lead architectural decisions for our support platform and internal tooling ecosystem, driving solutions that remove engineering bottlenecks, accelerate operational workflows, and enable Global Operations to scale effectively across a diverse, multinational environment.
---## Software Developer, GO Systems Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React that power operational workflows across the family of apps
* Define and contribute to the long-term technical architecture and roadmap for GO Systems tooling, aligning infrastructure strategy with Global Operations business priorities
* Identify and resolve systemic engineering bottlenecks across the GO tooling ecosystem, driving measurable improvements in platform reliability and operational efficiency
* Partner with engineering, product management, legal, partnerships, and business development stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into robust technical solutions
* Champion engineering best practices for design reviews, code quality, and incident management processes across GO Systems
* Drive adoption of AI and automation technologies within Global Operations to improve workflow efficiency and support experience quality
