- Expertise with low-level networking implementations across Unreal Engine, Unity, proprietary, and other game engines
- Proficient in optimization techniques and tools for overhead reduction (bandwidth and CPU)
- Experience with scaling and implementations in large-scale back-end solutions (including WebRTC, REST, http, and RPC)
- Experience with authentication, security, rich presence and other features built on top of network stack
- Strong background in C/C++
- Large-scale multiplayer (8+ or MMO) game development experience a plus
- Experience with both PC and Console development preferred
- Cross-platform and cross-play development experience a plus
- Experience with AndroidOS and iOS a plus
- UE4 and UE3 experience a plus
