The Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering to join our team. As a technical influencer at , you will contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle and system health under your remit. What You’ll Do:

Translate Strategy into Execution Convert product strategy into clear, actionable technology strategy and plans for your team Define priorities, scope, and sequencing to ensure focus on the highest-impact work Establish measurable goals and ensure alignment between day-to-day execution and long-term objectives

Continuously adjust plans based on business needs, risks, and new information

Own the operational health of systems and services, including reliability, performance, and incident response
