Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, Python, SQL, PySpark/Snowpark, and AWS
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing Snowflake workloads, building cloud-based data solutions, and implementing ETL/ELT frameworks in modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark/Snowpark and Python
. - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data processing.
- Build, manage, and optimize data solutions on Snowflake
. - Implement data transformation frameworks using DBT
. - Work with Snowflake features such as SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Time Travel, Data Cloning, Data Sharing, and Access Control
. - Design and manage Snowflake objects including databases, schemas, tables, views, stages, and virtual warehouses.
- Integrate cloud data solutions using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and SNS
. - Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow
. - Optimize Snowflake performance, workload management, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
