Position Summary We are seeking an SAP Utilities Customer Service Technical Consultant II to join our growing SAP Utilities practice. In this role, you will support utility clients by designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong SAP IS-U Customer Service technical expertise, hands‑on ABAP development experience, and a proven ability to support integrations, workflows, Fiori applications, and customer service business processes.

This role partners with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Expertise

• Design, develop, and support technical solutions within SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Create and maintain ABAP reports, enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, and custom developments.
• Develop and support integrations between SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP S/4
  
  HANA Utilities, and third‑party applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware‑based integrations.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and user experience enhancements.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support data migration and conversion efforts for implementations and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP modernization programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of SAP technical consulting experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Strong ABAP development experience, including reports, enhancements, interfaces, and workflows.
• Experience with SAP CRM integrations and customer service business processes.
