• Under general supervision, the Lifeguard Supervisor oversees seasonal lifeguard and front desk staff and performs lifeguard and front desk duties.
• The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for the training and supervision of the lifeguard and front desk staff and enforces all rules and regulations pertaining to the safety and well-being of visitors and patrons.
• The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for seasonal staffing needs including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, ongoing in-service training and continuous supervision.
• Perform related work as required, may include cleaning and janitorial maintenance of the pool and surrounding facility.
• This position reports directly to the Program Coordinator and Aquatics Director.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Starting pay is $18.00/hr.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
• Shifts vary and can include weekends, mornings and/or afternoons.
• Must respond promptly to work-related email/communication.
• Must be able to react quickly to emergencies and follow instruction.
• Must be able to work outdoors and perform physical requirements of the position.

• Employees receive membership to all of our Aquatics Facilities.
