Soccer Shots Little Rock is an engaging children’s soccer program focusing on character development and fun for children ages 2–10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. The Coaching Coordinator in Little Rock is responsible for assisting with all Soccer Shots programs in the region. This role supports the recruitment and development of coaching staff, assists with partner services to grow and maintain program locations, and contributes to marketing efforts to promote our programs. This role combines on-field coaching with operational, administrative, and partner relationship duties to ensure the success of Soccer Shots programs in Little Rock.

• Coach 10–12 location blocks per week (20–30 classes) delivering high-energy, engaging soccer sessions aligned with Soccer Shots’ curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with children (ages 2–10), families, and partner staff.
• Adapt coaching methods for different age groups and abilities, serving as a role model by demonstrating Soccer Shots’ core values on and off the field.

• Assist with recruiting qualified coaches to meet seasonal staffing goals.
• Support the full hiring process: screening applications, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training.
• Attend local job fairs and recruitment events in Little Rock to attract coaching talent.
• Develop new and creative strategies for coach recruitment.

• Provide ongoing support to coaches through mentorship, evaluations, and feedback.
• Assist in scheduling and managing coaching assignments.
• Help manage the coaching phone line for day-to-day communication.
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with coaches to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Support new coaches by introducing them to assigned locations and offering on-site assistance.

• Maintain positive relationships with existing partners by regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, and yard signs throughout the Little Rock area.
• Create and manage social media content across all Soccer Shots Little Rock channels.

• Maintain accurate coaching records and hiring documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with the setup of promotional events.
• Collaborate with different departments as needed to support overall program success.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sports, working with children, and fostering youth development.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Little Rock area.
• Previous experience in coaching, sales, marketing, or partnership development is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and resourcefulness (“scrappy”).

• starting compensation range: $38,000-$42,000
• 10 Paid Time Off (PTO) days (eligible after 90 days).
• $150 monthly gas stipend.
