Children's Soccer Coach — Weekends Only!

Pay: $15.00‑$30.00 /hr (base pay range). Compensation increases after paid training at $15/hr.

We are hiring part‑time passionate, engaging coaches committed to impacting Austin youth through soccer.

• Confident and excited to work with children (can safely manage class of up to 12 children)

Soccer Shots offers noncompetitive, introductory soccer classes (“sessions”) on a weekly basis at parks, preschools, daycares, indoor facilities, and elementary schools around the greater Austin area. Schedules are created seasonally (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and determined based on one’s availability and location.

Coaches must be able to commit to an entire season schedule (8‑10 weeks)

Weekend shifts generally run from 8:30‑11:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with some afternoon shifts on Sundays from 2:30‑5:30 p.m. Session times may vary depending on enrollment. Additional shifts available throughout the week if requested.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Pass an FBI Criminal Background Check
• Fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
• Currently reside in the greater Austin metropolitan area
• Currently certified or able to become CPR & First Aid certified
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
