Y7 blends vinyasa yoga, music, heat, and darkness to deepen the mind-body connection. Sessions are held in heated (85–95°) infrared-lit rooms to support detoxification, boost circulation and increase flexibility. Instructors craft beat-driven playlists that guide breath and flow, creating a truly immersive experience.

Teach yoga classes in a heated environment, incorporating music and customized sequencing. Deliver high-quality instruction to a diverse membership, adapt practices to individual needs, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

• 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Availability to teach morning, evening and weekend shifts; at least 2 shifts per week
• Comfortable teaching in heated rooms (85–95°) for extended periods
• Passionate about music and integrating it into the yoga experience
• Open to feedback, coaching and ongoing development
• Ability to pass a background check
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: $32.00 per hour
