  We offer a very competitive annual salary with bonus potential, 45K-55K commiserate with experience.

• Communicate with parents/customers on a regular basis to provide updates on the child's progress, address any concerns, and ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Conduct daily monitoring and review of student progress, checkbox completion, and move-ups to ensure appropriate progression in lessons.
• Train front desk staff on any current promotions, curriculum highlights, and parent/child coaching.
• Spearhead conversion of trial leads to paid weekly swimming lessons.

• Assist in the management and training of 20+ Swim Instructors/Coaches.
• Ensuring highest compliance of safety and security.
• Ensure Swim Coaches are adhering to Big Blue Swim School principles and curriculum.
• Assistance in conducting Monthly Swim Associate evaluations & 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Facilitate bi-weekly team trainings as needed.

• Ensure efficient building operations including cleanliness, water quality, and pump room operations.
• Ensure compliance of staff to procedures required to maintain optimal pool performance.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-5 years management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Must possess the ability to communicate and respond to student and customer interactions.
• Ability to work in the pool as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to regularly move throughout the facility to continuously interact with customers and staff.
• Must work at a minimum of 2 weekends per month.
• Must work combination of afternoon/evening shifts.

• Lifeguard, CPR, CPO certifications.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
