Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We’re on the lookout for exceptional swim instructors who can help create meaningful moments at our first location in Austin. With continuous training and growth opportunities, we ensure our environment is not only fun but also safe and inclusive.

• Teach safe and engaging swim lessons to children of various ages and skill levels.
• Ensure a fun, positive, and encouraging experience for all swimmers.
• Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
• Greet and interact with parents and families, answering questions and providing updates on their child’s progress.
• Assist with customer service tasks, including scheduling, registrations, and handling inquiries at the front desk.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and facility environment.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with additional tasks or schedule changes as needed.

• A love for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility with hours; must work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort working both in and out of the water (up to 20 hrs/week in water).
• Previous swim instruction or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Lifeguard or CPR certification is a plus but not required.
• Great job for teens and all ages.

You’ll spend your wet days in a warm, indoor pool environment. On your dry shifts you will provide a “best in class” experience for our families. Coaching kids can be rewarding and energetic.
