As our Operations Manager, you will lead the daily mission of our roll-off dumpster service. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a veteran with a proven record of leading teams and achieving mission objectives.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, acting as a force multiplier for our driver team.
- Provide direct leadership and mentorship to 5‑9 drivers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and maintain a flawless safety record.
- Leverage your planning and logistics expertise to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service resolution, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Focus on efficiency and route optimization to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain a CDL‑B license and be ready to deploy on routes when additional support is needed.
We are seeking a former military leader (e.g., NCO) with experience in logistics, operations, or transportation. You are a natural problem‑solver who can perform under pressure and lead from the front.

Qualifications- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Required)
- Driver History Report (MVR – Required)
Salary: $85,000 per year + Bonus
